At Atlas & Aura, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options. 

Return Eligibility Window

We currently only offer a 14 day return policy but will work on extending this for the future! 

Conditions For Return

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition: This means no signs of wear, washing, or use.
  • In its original Packaging: This includes all tags, original boxes, dust bags, and any protective packaging.
  • A non-hygienic product: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain personal care items (e.g., travel pillows, blankets) if the hygiene seal is broken or removed. These items are only eligible for return if they are defective and the seal is intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please do not ship the item back to us without authorization. 

  1. Contact our support team within the 30-day window at support@atlasandaurashop.com
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns that are not due to a defect or our error. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.

  1. Timing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 
  2. Deductions: Please remember that the cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund total. 
  3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have issues, then contact us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect!

  • Contact us immediately at support@atlasandaurashop.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
  • We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. 

Final Sale Items

Clearly marked "Final Sale" items cannot be returned or refunded.
